meet at 8:00 am - Riders leave at 8:30am sharp.
Our
Saturday C,D ride, length and intensity is based upon the abilities
and desires of those present. We keep everyone together and insure that
no one is left behind.

Will be starting from different locations
in and around San Diego County.
These can be Intermediate to advanced rides A. B. please check out ride

- Average Speed 16 - + mph.
(B) - Average Speed 13 - 15 mph.
(C) - Average Speed 10 - 12 mph.
(D) - This ride is oriented towards beginners and casual cyclists.
Here’s what you need to bring with you.
You are required to wear a bike helmet and
bring a bike in good repair, with properly
inflated tires, a spare tube that fits your tire
and a water bottle.
